PANOLEN® PB Series inks are UV-curable screen printing ink
and designated for screen printing on surface of PE/PP (Polyolefin) substrates.
Feature
- Good adhesion to various surface of treated PE/PP substrates.
- High gloss, good resistance to abrasion, solvents etc..
- High opacity.
Pre-Treatment
- PE/PP substrates should be pre-treated by flame or corona discharge.
The surface tension of treated surface should be higher than 45 dyne/cm for PE; 52 dyne/cm for PP.

Additives
- Diluent PB-025 / Recommend dosage: 3~5%
- Hardener PB-030 / Recommend dosage: 1~5%
- Hardener is used to improve adhesion on substrates of difficult
to adhere. Pot life is limited to 4~8 hrs after
mixed up.
- The effect on adhesion improvement of hardener will be fully developed in 24 hrs after printed.
