Return & Exchange Policy
About the return and exchange policy
This return and exchange policy applies to all goods purchased from Pancolour Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, once you make a purchase, you agree to abide by all the provisions of this policy.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Product quality problems: the customer can apply for return and exchange within 7 days after receiving the product If quality problems come from product itself as-received (e.g. defects, damage, etc.).
Non Product quality problems: The company will not accept returns and exchanges for the problems that do not come from the quality of product itself as-received.
Return & Exchange Procedures
The customer should contact the company by phone or email within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide the purchase order number, problem description, and relevant photos for the application of return and exchange of problematic products.
We will provide customer a return and exchange guide including the delivery address and precautions for returning the problematic products when the company confirms the application of return and exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
The product must be in unused, undamaged, and with its complete original packaging (including all original packaging materials, accessories, user manual, etc.).
If the products have been used, damaged or packaging of the product is incomplete, the company has the right to refuse the application of return and exchange.
Delivery fee
If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the company will bear the round-trip delivery fee.
If it is not a product quality problem, the delivery fee shall be borne by the customer.
Refund
After the company confirms that the returned product is correct, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The refund method will be the same as the payment method of purchase order of the returned products.
If the returned product does not meet the terms and conditions for return, the company will return the products to customer without any refund.
Special-offered products
Some special products (such as promotional products, custom-made products, etc.) are not eligible for this return and exchange policy. Detail description can be found at each product pages.
Amendment of the Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and conditions of the Return & Exchange Policy at any time, and the amended one will be effective from the date of posted on the Company's website.

Product Repair Terms
About Product Repair Terms
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable product repair services to ensure that our customers enjoy a high-quality experience. The following are the detailed terms and conditions of the repair service.
Product Warranty
Pancolour provided free repair/maintenance or parts replacement for our products sold during warranty period if the product failure can be attributed to the problem of materials, manufacturing process, or functions of the product itself after inspected by Pancolour. However, Product failures cause by impact damage, moisture damage, or unauthorized disassembly or modification are excluded. All equipment sold by Pancolour enjoy one-year warranty period. The warranty period of parts and accessories could be varied due to their inherent characteristics. The warranty periods of each items are listed in the following table. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Repair/Maintenance in our website for details.
Warranty Validity: The product warranty will be verified by the proof of purchase and Serial Number of the equipment provided by customer, or the warranty will be regarded as expired.
Fault Inspection and Judgement: If the returned product is judged to be faulty by our service personnel, the customer can enjoy the corresponding repair/maintenance service.

The free repair service for in-warranty products will be rejected if the following situations existed
1. Any modification, disassembly, repair, or failure/damage caused by third-party equipment without the authorization of Pancolour or Creality 3D. 2. The warranty status can not be verified due to the nameplate and serial number of the equipment are missing, damaged, or altered. 3. Unable to provide valid original proof of purchase and original purchase invoice. 4. Damage caused by improper installation, non-standard use and improper operation which are not in compliance with the guidance of product manual. 5. Damage due to transportation is found upon receiving but the products are not rejected on the spot. Also a proof of damage issued by logistics company are not able to provide. 6. Equipment failure or damage caused by intentional or criminal acts. 7. Equipment failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as war, hostilities, military acts, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, terrorist activities and natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive contamination, lightning strikes, etc.). 8. Equipment failures caused by human and accidents (including but not limited to moisture, immersion, corrosion). 9. Equipment deemed to be lost or stolen, as well as out-of-warranty equipment.
Repair programs
Two repair options are available:
1. In-warranty:
DIY parts replacement:
If equipment failure is judged that the repair can be done by user itself, the company will send free spare parts and corresponding repair instructions to customer, but not bearing the labor cost of DIY repairing job.
Send to our repair service center:
Send back the product for repairing together with the application form of Product Repair/ Maintenance Request to the company. Free parts for replacement as well as free service of inspection, repair, maintenance, printing test are provided by the company. But the round trip delivery fee are borne by the customer.
2. Out-of-warranty:
Buy spare parts:
The spare parts can be bought from our official store in Shopee or other distributors by customer.
Send to our repair service center:
Send back the product for repairing together with the application form of Product Repair/ Maintenance Request to the company. All cost items including parts for replacement, round trip delivery, repair, maintenance, and printing test are borne by the customer. An inspection fee of NT$ 300 will be charged to customer if quotation has been made but eventually cancelled by customer.

Important Note
The old parts removed from equipment during repairing of parts replacement is belongs to the company. An additional delivery fee will be charged to customer if they need it to be sent back.
The parts replacement can not be done for those equipment which have been out of sale for more than one year and out of stock.
Walk-in repairs are not available.
If the product for repair is not properly packaged and having additional damage during delivery, the repairing of additional damage will also be charged according to standard of repair fee standard of the company.
Repair fee
1. Parts cost:
In-warranty: During the warranty period, necessary parts replacement is free of charge.
Out-of-warranty: If the warranty is expired, the parts cost will be charged correspondingly.
2. Delivery cost:
The round trip delivery fee are borne by the customer both in-warranty and out-of-warranty.
3. Testing charge:
For out-of-warranty products, an inspection fee of NT$ 300 will be charged to customer if quotation has been made but eventually cancelled by customer.
Quotation & Payment
For out-of-warranty products, an quotation about the charged items including parts, delivery, and others will be sent to customer. we will do repair jobs after our quotation of repair fee has been agreed and paid up by customer.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase
About the terms and conditions of purchase
The terms and conditions of purchase shall apply to all purchases made from Pancolour Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase, and once you make a purchase, you agree to abide by all the provisions of the document.
Confirmation of purchase order
The Company will send an order confirmation email to your provided email address when your order has been confirmed.
The confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified at will, unless agreed by the Company.
The quantity available for sale of the listed product items at Pancolour Store is not equivalent to the real-time quantity of stock in the Company. Some ordered products may need to wait for the arrival time, or the quantity may be insufficient. In this case, the Company reserves the right to review and accept the order, and will contact you using your provided contact information.
Price & Payment
All product prices are in NTD and all taxes included.
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or others accepted by the Company. Payment must be done to get the purchase order confirmed.
Order Delivery
The company will arrange the delivery of the ordered products when the purchase order has been confirmed and full payment has been paid up.
Delivery times is dependent on the location of delivery address, but it take about 3 - 7 working days for domestic delivery in general.
The company takes no responsibility on the delay in delivery due to force majeure.
Acceptance check of goods
The customer should inspect and check the goods upon receiving. Please notify the Company in 24 hours after received if the goods are found to be damaged or the quantity is insufficient.
The Company will provide necessary service for repair, replacement or refund according to the situation if the claim problem has been confirmed.
Return & Exchange Policy
The company does not accept any returns or exchanges for the sold goods except the confirmed quality problem of the products.
If you need to return or exchange the product due to the quality problem of the product, please contact the company within 7 days after receiving the product, and keep the product unused and its original packing.
Credit card payment
If you choose to pay by credit card, you need to enter your credit card information online for the purpose of confirming the validity of the credit card with your credit card issuer and obtaining their transaction authorization. It does not mean that you have made the payment, that the transaction has been completed or that the contract has been set, Pancolour Store reserves the right to accept your purchase order. Credit card transactions will not be charged and the amount of the transaction will not appear on your credit card statement until your order has been confirmed by the Company.
The processing of credit card payment will follow the relevant agreement between you and credit card issuer, please do check the terms and conditions of the agreements.
Credit card installment payment
The remaining amount from the installment transaction will be charged in the first installment. For example, for a transaction of NT1,000 divided into 6 installments, 170 units will be charged in the first installment, followed by NT166 for the next 5 installments. The total will be 170 + 166 × 5 = NT1,000.
If you need to request a return or refund for an installment payment transaction, it must be processed for the entire transaction. Partial returns are currently not supported. The issuing bank will handle the refund based on the payments already made (please refer to your issuing bank's regulations for refund procedures).
If you wish to settle your credit card installments in advance, please contact the issuing bank of the installment payment for the order.
During authorization, the bank processes it based on the "total transaction amount." Therefore, your credit limit will be reduced by the total amount, and the consumption notification you receive will reflect the full transaction amount. However, the amount will be charged in installments on your credit card statement.
Virtual account number
"Virtual account" as well as “Online Credit Card” are all available payment methods at Pancolour Store. These payment services are managed and responsible for each service provider, please refer to the service provider for their corresponding terms and conditions in detail. Pancolour Store uses the service of bank transfer via Virtual Account provided by Cathay United Bank.
Warranty
Some products are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase, and the warranty period is subject to the product description.
During the warranty period, if the product fails due to non-human factors, the company will provide free repair or replacement services.
Customer Data Protection
The Company respects and protects the personal information of customers, and will handle and use customer information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Shipping Policy
About Shipping policy
This policy will apply to any order you place with Pancolour Ink Co. Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) at No.72-1, Wenming Rd, Guishan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. Once you make purchases, you agree to abide by all provisions of this policy.
Delivery Location
Standard delivery service is provided by The Company within Taiwan area only.
Overseas shipment required further negotiation separately. Shipping fee and delivery time may vary for different destination.
Delivery time
All orders will be processed and delivered within 3 working days after the order is placed and the full payment is received.
Domestic delivery should take 3 - 7 working days in general, depending on the location of the delivery address.
Delivery time may be delayed due to weather, holidays, and force majeure factors. Our Company shall in no way be held responsible for the above reasons.
Shipping Fee
Domestic delivery fee is calculated depending on the amount of purchase order. The Company offers free delivery service on the orders over the Free Shipping Threshold. Please refer to the Company’s website for more details.
Overseas shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of the orders and delivery locations, and shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery tracking
The status of parcel delivery can be checked at Pancolour Store website at any time.
The customer shall provide the accurate delivery address and contact information. The Company shall not be responsible for the failure of delivery due to the wrong address or contact information.
Acceptance check
When you receive the parcel, please check whether the package is in good condition. If the parcel appears damaged, please refuse the delivery directly and contact us.
If you find the goods are damaged or the quantity is insufficient after sign for goods, please contact The Company within 24 hours.
Force majeure
If the delivery is delayed or cannot be delivered due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, etc.), the company will not assume any responsibility, but will try its best to assist customers in handling related matters.

Is there a term for Pancolour VIP membership? How do I maintain my VIP member eligibility?
1.The VIP membership is valid for one year. The purchase amount is accumulated in a yearly basis, and will be reset to zero in the second year.
2.During the VIP membership, member eligibility will be automatically extended for second year if the accumulated paid transaction reaches NT$8,000. The current yearly purchase will be reset to zero, and re-accumulated in the second year.
3.During the VIP membership, the VIP membership will be cancelled if the yearly purchase is lower than NT$8,000 at the end of the VIP membership. The yearly purchase will be reset to zero, and re-accumulated in the second year.
