About Product Repair Terms
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable product repair services to ensure that our customers enjoy a high-quality experience. The following are the detailed terms and conditions of the repair service.Product Warranty
Pancolour provided free repair/maintenance or parts replacement for our products sold during warranty period if the product failure can be attributed to the problem of materials, manufacturing process, or functions of the product itself after inspected by Pancolour. However, Product failures cause by impact damage, moisture damage, or unauthorized disassembly or modification are excluded. All equipment sold by Pancolour enjoy one-year warranty period. The warranty period of parts and accessories could be varied due to their inherent characteristics. The warranty periods of each items are listed in the following table. The free repair service for in-warranty products will be rejected if the following situations existed
1. Any modification, disassembly, repair, or failure/damage caused by third-party equipment without the authorization of Pancolour or Creality 3D.Repair programs
Two repair options are available:Contact and delivery for repair
Contact: Please fill out the application form of Product Repair/ Maintenance Request and contact our service center by email (sales@pancolourink.com), phone call (+886-3-3270177, ext.253), or our website for submitting your repair request. The serial number of equipment, proof of purchase, photo and/or video of fault description are all necessary for the process of problem identification of the product.Important Note
The old parts removed from equipment during repairing of parts replacement is belongs to the company. An additional delivery fee will be charged to customer if they need it to be sent back.Repair fee

About the terms and conditions of purchase
The terms and conditions of purchase shall apply to all purchases made from Pancolour Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). If you choose to pay by credit card, you need to enter your credit card information online for the purpose of confirming the validity of the credit card with your credit card issuer and obtaining their transaction authorization. It does not mean that you have made the payment, that the transaction has been completed or that the contract has been set, Pancolour Store reserves the right to accept your purchase order. Credit card transactions will not be charged and the amount of the transaction will not appear on your credit card statement until your order has been confirmed by the Company.Credit card installment payment
The remaining amount from the installment transaction will be charged in the first installment. For example, for a transaction of NT1,000 divided into 6 installments, 170 units will be charged in the first installment, followed by NT166 for the next 5 installments. The total will be 170 + 166 × 5 = NT1,000.Virtual account number
"Virtual account" as well as “Online Credit Card” are all available payment methods at Pancolour Store. These payment services are managed and responsible for each service provider, please refer to the service provider for their corresponding terms and conditions in detail. Pancolour Store uses the service of bank transfer via Virtual Account provided by Cathay United Bank.Warranty
